Joshua D Roma started genealogy at the age of 13 when his father purchased Family Tree Maker©. Growing up in the metro-Detroit area, he was originally skilled in Michigander genealogy. However, after settling in Chicago, Chicagoans can now add one more valuable researcher to the list.
Joshua published his first family history in 2007 entitled A Roma Family Album. Currently he is working on A Doom Family Scrapbook: Harvey & Allie Doom of Livingston County, KY. He has received a grant from a reputable institution in Louisville, KY to carry out this project.
After many years as a Chicago genealogy volunteer, he decided to open his horizons and broaden his genealogy world and work as a Chicago & Cook County, Illinois area researcher.
